At Premier Finds, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns simple and hassle-free. Please review this policy to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work—it applies to all orders placed on our site.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, as indicated by the tracking information.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Process:
    1. Email us at premierfindsstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days.
    2. We’ll respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
    3. Package the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it back to us using a trackable carrier within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
  • Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product). We recommend retaining tracking info for your records.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days and notify you via email of approval or rejection.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions, such as items returned late, used, or without an RMA.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Approved returns qualify for a refund of the item’s purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
  • Exceptions:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
    • Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Final sale or clearance items (marked on the product page).
    • Custom or personalized products.
    • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

If a return is rejected, we’ll notify you, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense or discarded if unclaimed after 30 days.

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:
    1. Return the original item per the process above.
    2. Place a new order for the replacement item on Premier Finds.store.
  • This ensures you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Report It: Contact us at premierfindsstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or incorrect item).
  • Our Solution: If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and either:
    • Refund the full purchase price (including original shipping costs), or
    • Send a replacement at no extra cost (our choice, based on availability).
  • Deadline: Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the prepaid label.

International Returns

  • Policy: International orders (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia) follow the same 30-day return window.
  • Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes unless the return is due to our error. Refunds exclude original shipping and international fees.
