Order Processing
- How long it takes: We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 8 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- What to expect: Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to keep tabs on its journey.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-9 business days after processing. Cost: $6.90 - $9.90.
- International Shipping: Available to Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Delivery takes 7-21 business days after processing. Cost: $17.27 - $81.97. Delivery date and cost may vary dependent on location.
- Carriers: We partner with USPS for domestic orders and trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx for international shipments.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may shift due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- U.S. Orders: Get free standard shipping on orders over $50! Otherwise, see the rates above.
- International Orders: $17 - $82 dependent on location and speed of delivery (customs fees or duties, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility—see below).
- Transparency: No surprises—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Where We Ship
- Domestic: We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses.
- International: Currently available to Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and more. Additional countries coming soon—watch this space!
- Restrictions: We can’t ship to P.O. boxes or areas with specific product import restrictions. Check your local rules before ordering.
International Shipping Details
- Customs & Duties: International customers cover any customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which vary by country and aren’t included in our shipping cost.
- Delays: Customs clearance might slow things down a bit—we’ll keep you posted with tracking updates.
Tracking Your Order
- How it works: After your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Check its progress anytime on the carrier’s site.
