This premium weighted blanket is designed to weigh approximately 10% of your body weight in order to relax by simulating the feeling of being held or hugged. For example, a 150 lb adult would use a 15 lb weighted blanket. We recommend 48''x72'' for a twin bed. The weighted blanket should be no longer in size than the top of your mattress and should not hang over the sides of your bed, which may make you think it is smaller.
4. Unique Design
The weighted blanket features 3.6" x 3.7" inches small diamond-shaped compartments. The structure is designed with double-reinforced stitching to prevent beads from shifting or leaking while you are sleeping, making the weighted blanket distribute the weight evenly and allowing the blanket to conform to your body. Our weight blanket features 8 corner loops that can be used to secure a duvet cover with corner ties.
5. About Maintenance
The weighted blanket is more suitable for hand washing or dry cleaning. Although our weighted blankets feature new sewing techniques to ensure the blankets won't thread, the fabric's dense stitching, and durable threads prevent glass beads from leaking, we still don't recommend machine washing. In addition, we recommend that you pair it with a duvet cover or weighted blanket cover in the appropriate size to protect your weighted blanket and reduce cleaning time.
